  • 4 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp instant yeast
  • ½ Cup Warm Milk
  • Cup Warm Water
  • 3 ½ Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar


  • In a bowl, combine flour, salt and instant yeast. Add in warm milk, warm water, melted butter, cinnamon, 1 egg and sugar.
  • Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then transfer to flat surface and knead for 10 minutes, to form a smooth and elastic dough ball. Place in a lightly oiled dish, cover and allow to rise for 2 hour in a warm place.
  • Roll out the dough on a flat surface to about 1 cm thick. Cut into medium sized shapes with any cookie cutter you have, and place onto a parchment lined baking tray. Cover and allow to rise for 15 minutes.
  • Brush with egg wash then bake for 15 minutes at 425 F. Remove and enjoy!!!
