How to make a 1 Hour Brioche Loaf!

1 Hour no rise brioche loaf recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Warm Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Instant Yeast
  • Cup Oil
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together warm milk and instant yeast. Add in oil, maple syrup and 1 egg. Mix well.
  • Add in all purpose flour and salt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then transfer to a counter and knead for 5 minutes until you have a smooth dough.
  • There’s no rise time in this recipe!! Cut your dough in 3 or 4 pieces, roll them into long thin pieces and braid them (or shape into a traditional loaf), then transfer your loaf to a buttered loaf pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, then 350F for the last 10 minutes. Remove, allow to cool fully, cut and enjoy!!
