Ingredients
2tablespoonInstant Yeast
⅓CupVegetable Oil
2tablespoonSugar
2Eggs
3CupsAll Purpose Flour
1teaspoonSalt
1 CupWarm Water
Sesame Seeds(optional)
Instructions
Stir 2 tablespoon Instant Yeast and 1 Cup Warm Water in a large bowl
Add ⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil, 2 tablespoon Sugar, and 1 Egg. Whisk until everything is well combined.
Add 3 Cups of All-Purpose Flour and 1 teaspoon Salt. Mix until dough is shaggy.
Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 3-5 minutes (add 1 - 2 tablespoon of flour if dough is sticky).
Divide dough into 8 - 12 pieces, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet with enough room to expand.
Beat 1 Egg and brush generously over the tops of each bun. Add Sesame Seeds (Optional).
Preheat oven to 425°F, let dough sit for 5 - 10 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Active Dry Yeast: Using active dry instead of instant? Proof it first. Combine with the warm water and ½ teaspoon sugar and let sit 5 to 10 minutes until foamy before continuing.Flour: Start with 3 cups. If the dough sticks to your hands, add more, one tablespoon at a time.Water Temperature: Warm enough to be comfortable on your wrist.
