Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap Recipe (Better Than the Original!)

Ingredients 
 

  • 1 Homemade Tortilla
  • 1 small White Onion
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Feta Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions
 

  • Start by dicing your onion and adding to a pan with ½ tablespoon of butter. Over medium heat, sauté your onions for 5 minutes until slightly brown and caramelized.
  • Then add in your spinach and sauté that for a few minutes as well.
  • In a bowl, crack your eggs, then add in your caramelized onions and spinach along with salt and pepper to taste. Mix that really well with a fork or whisk.
  • In the same pan over medium heat, add in another ½ tablespoon of butter and let that melt.
  • Pour in your egg mixture and spread it into one flat sheet. Slowly lift sections of your egg with a spatula to allow for the uncooked sections on top to fall underneath it.
  • Once your egg is cooked about 60% through, press your into your eggs, so that it sticks. Then using a spatula, flip everything over so that your tortilla is on the bottom. Place the lid on your pan and let that cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Finally, top your egg with some feta cheese and fold the tortilla and egg in halt to create a sandwich. Enjoy!!
