2Eggs
¾CupMilk
¾CupAll Purpose Flour
½TspSalt
3TbspMelted Butter
Instructions
In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour and salt. Blend until smooth.
Add in melted butter and blend once more until smooth.
Preheat your oven to 450℉ and place your empty muffin or popover tin inside to heat up. Once heated, remove from the oven, spray with some oil and add in your popover mixture.
Bake at 450℉ for 15-20 minutes, reduce the heat to 350℉ (without opening the oven door) and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove, immediately poke a small hole in each popover to release steam, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
