- All-Purpose Flour: The structure of the bun, ensuring it holds up to whatever you pack inside.
- Active Dry Yeast: The magical component that breathes life and fluffiness into the dough.
- Sugar: This isn’t just for sweetness; it’s yeast food, helping the dough rise.
- Salt: Don’t skip this. It adds depth and flavor that brings out the best in every bite.
Optional: Elevate your buns with a tablespoon of garlic powder for an extra layer of aroma and taste.
Bread-Baking 101
A couple of pro tips for the uninitiated:

When I try to make bread loaves, the bread always develops a super hard outside. It is impossible to enjoy in a sandwich because of this. it’s only soft out of the oven then when it cools it is hard as a rock. i was wondering how to avoid this?
How do you make them gluten free? Usually can’t swap non gluten flour for white flour.
