3 Ingredient High Protein Chicken Nuggets!

Why stop for chicken nuggets on the way home… when you can make these crispy high protein ones with only 3 ingredients at home!

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Cups Corn Flakes
  • Spray Oil


  • Cut your chicken breasts into small cubes and add into a food processor. Add any spices you like at the same time, I added salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Process until chicken it’s completely ground.
  • Shape your ground chicken into small chicken nugget shapes by grabbing a small ball of chicken, and alternating between flattening it and pushing the sides in with your fingers.
  • Once you are satisfied with the shape, smash yout corn flakes into smaller bits and completely coat your chicken in the corn flakes.
  • Place your chicken nuggets into your airfryer (can also use pan or oven) and spray lightly with olive or avocado oil.
  • Cook at 390 degrees for 10-15 minutes (until chicken is white and outside is crispy) and flip half way.
  • Remove, serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!!!
