  • 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Butter (cold)
  • 2-3 Tbsp Water


  • In a food processor or blender, combine 1 cup cheese of your choice, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, and 2 tbsp butter. Pulse until grained together.
  • Slowly add in 2-3 tbsp water (as needed) to form a dough while continuing to pulse. As soon as a dough forms, stop pulsing.
  • Lightly knead your dough, then flour a flat surface and your dough, and roll it out to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out with a small cookie cutter and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
